I acknowledge that Kristina N. Cummings has voluntarily agreed to participate in discovering the belief systems that govern my life and through various methods created by her, help to change those beliefs to ones that I desire to have. I understand that she will ask questions and provide mentorship to help me experience more healing and breakthrough in my life. I understand that this session is not a professional counselling meeting and that Kristina is not a licensed counsellor, psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, or medical doctor. I understand that she is, to the best of her ability, doing what she can to help me achieve more freedom in my life.

I further state that I have voluntarily sought assistance of my own initiative and that I am under no obligation to accept or reject any of the advice, opinions, or help that I might receive from Kristina N. Cummings. I understand that during these Life Consulting sessions I will be confronting my inner feelings and emotions, which could cause emotional pain and distress.

I understand that at any time Kristina or I may refuse to engage in further communications and be free to terminate my sessions with no further obligation. I understand that if I receive Life Consulting from Kristina N. Cummings that she is committed to respect the disclosed information, but not to complete confidentiality. In the event that she is led to believe that I may harm myself and/or others she will take the appropriate steps to detour this from happening.

I agree to hold Kristina N. Cummings free from any and all liability for loss, or damage of any kind, be it mental, emotional, or financial, that may arise as a result of the assistance that I have received from her. I have read this Liability Release and understand and agree with it and have executed it as my free and voluntary act.

Scheduling/Canceling Appointments:

Once you've scheduled a time in Kristina's calendar for each Life Consulting session and you don’t show up, without a 24 hour notice, you will be charged for the appointment (exceptions will be made for emergencies).

Fees:

The fee for the Life Consulting session covers up to a 60 minute session. Some sessions may not take a full 60 minutes depending on the extent of breakthrough covered in the time. Payment is made online before booking a session, unless other arrangements are made.

Availability after hours. 

Kristina's coaching packages include Whatsapp support from Kristina after hours. These messages will be responded to within 1 business day. If you just purchase a course or digital product, she will only be available through email after hours. If you ever find yourself in a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately! 

I acknowledge that I have read and understand the conditions and expectations of my Life Consulting session with Kristina N. Cummings. Any further questions or inquiries that I have about Life Consulting I acknowledge that I have asked before signing this document.
